Black Shark has launched its gaming smartphone Black Shark 2 in India today. Black Shark has emerged as an independent brand in India unlike China where it is supported by Xiaomi. The smartphone sports a 6.39" Full HD+ AMOLED display with a screen ratio of 19.5:9. It has a Touch Report Rate of 240hz and the display is of 60hz. The smartphone comes with 6/8/12 GB of RAM and 128/256 GB of ROM. The processor used in the phone is Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 coupled with Adreno 640 GPU for seamless gaming experience. The phone is powered by a 4,000 mAh battery. It has a dual camera setup at the back which has a 48 MP primary sensor of f1.75 aperture and a 12 MP secondary sensor of f2.2 aperture. The front camera is a 20 MP sensor with an aperture of f2.0. The device comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner. Further it has an RGB setup at the back and the sides , a gaming mode button which they call the "Shark Space" button for excellent gaming experience and also has liquid cooling technology to eradicate overheating.
The price of the device starts from 39,999 INR for the base variant and goes upto 49,999 INR for the top end variant.
Now , should you buy this device or not? Well , if you are searching for a true gaming smartphone in a decent price , then you should definitely go for the device. But there's no official confirmation about the service center as of now. Otherwise you can also check out Oneplus 7 pro which is also a good and powerful smartphone in the same price range. Black Shark 2 will go on sale on 4th June 2019 at 12 noon for the first time on Flipkart.
