Because of U.S. and China trade war, Mr. President Donald Trump has declared that all the U.S. based companies willn't continue their business anymore with Huawei and other Chinese applications. Thus company like Huawei was banned in the U.S- market.
Basically, when Huawei got banned, it's quite clear to think about the effect of this on Huawei company but the fact is that along with Huawei, Google's situation was also affected by it, because, since 2017; Google was trying to establish there an entry in China-market as Google was officially banned in China since the very beginning. Thus, Google had announced it's project "Dragon-Fly" along with huge investments. This ban was like, restricting its success to establish itself in the markets of China. Along with Google, there are many other companies like Intel, Microsoft, as well as Apple; they had invested a lot into the smartphone markets of China which may lead to the heavy failure of these companies because of loss.
Huawei senior officers also confirm that this ban won't hamper the company much, because they were already preparing themselves for such initiatives. This partially infers that Huawei is more likely to have it's own manufactured new OS called to be as ' Hongmeng OS ' which is more likely to enable the users to use third-party Android apps along with its new features too.
So, it can be assumed that, if Huawei brings its own new OS, then other companies like Xiaomi, OPPO, VIVO are also likely to follow this new trend; as it would be a direct competition to the Android. Basically, due to this ban, a cold war-type situation is now occurring, which isn't beneficial to anyone because as the U.S. banned Chinese company 'Huawei' then it's quite sure China will also work its best to overcome this problem and may probably bring a solution to such problems.
