We all know in recent times, most of the smartphones are being mostly manufactured with a Camera Bump in the body just like some bumps coming out of the back panel.
So, today lets talk about ' Why these camera Bumps are now being enrolled such highly in all of the recently manufactured smartphones?'.
The first camera Bump was brought by Huawei in it's Huawei Mate series, in which there was a square-shaped camera bump placed in the center of its backside instead of placing in any either side, as usual, it was supposed to be. They made a square camera bump, basically to implement the design and camera setup of the Smartphone. And successfully this had a great impact on the sale too as it was all nee in the market for the customers.
But the main trend of bump camera was started from Apple iPhone X and iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 pro; which provided dual as-well-as Tripple camera setup which was the first time in Apple's history featuring normal lens, ultra-wide lens along with a telephoto zoom lens. Three of these are 12MP each and are arranged in such a manner that the image can be taken from the same perspective view rather then being placed vertically to one beneath the other which could change a bit perspective of the image, thus it's camera setup is more likely to be like that of an Equilateral Triangle.
Providing a unique design to the handset.
Similarly, in the case of Samsung, Samsung Galaxy S20+ also offers a camera bump with a great hardware performance and a better camera experience.
The valid reason for using such a camera bump could be Probably based on the fact that the companies had to place the big sensors of high-grade cameras along with a motive of maintaining a sleek design and configuration of the device. And moreover,
other companies also follow the trend whatever is new into the market with a blind belief of using them just to ensure better competition by copying the new feature or any other newly enrolled characteristics of any trendy device.
According to me, Companies could also use these camera bumps to increase the stability and quality of the images. But using camera bumps on any device is not that crucial as not all devices need such an additional part just to be trendy enough. If any device is user friendly with the inbuilt capability to compete with all other trendy devices available in the market is well enough to be worthy of buying for users in an affordable price range.
