The Nvidia graphic card company has now owned the ARM company, now the entire ARM lineup comes under the Nvidea company. Nvidia is a popular graphic card manufacturing company which led a great impact in today's smart technology markets. In the last few years, it became really popular, whereas ARM is a company that actually provides a license to the companies to make its own chipsets like Qualcomm, MediaTek, snapdragon, and many as such. So every chipset of the processors are being architectured by this arm only!
So as now Nvidia renowned ARM, this simply implies that in 2016 arm company which was a UK based company, was purchased by a Japanese company in 31million dollars, and now in 2020, it has been again purchased by Nvidia with 40billion dollar. Interestingly as now the ARM has been owned by the Nvidea this could lead to a great futuristic approach into the technological aspect, some possible approaches could be the following:
Firstly, ARM could possibly continue to work independently and might be providing CPU, GPU architectural designing; and can also implement such high technology into the upcoming smartphones. And if such upgrades can be seen from the Nvidia then this would possibly mean a great challenge for Qualcomm and snapdragon processors to face a tough competition.
This will really be the ultimate worthy product for the consumers, as they would get a realtime better experience emphasizing on better graphics and gaming experience with better power management, so at the end of the day, users will be the most worthy out of it.
Aside from this Samsung has also started a partnership with AMD, so if it really takes place then in upcoming years; the Samsung would also implement AMD GPU in its Exynos processor, then this could probably compete with other graphic cards.
Nvidia could also start manufacturing its own mobile phone processors, and if they do as such with ARM it would be a boom into the market as it would probably be coming with the better processor which could even compete Qualcomm.
But aside all it, these implements might not be seen in the market so early as the ban on Huawei is possible being effective i.e. ARM is now a us-based company and being us based company Huawei could use that, so immediate effect couldn't be seen in upcoming years but it could possible led an impact on coming decades.
Another site of its impact can also be probably seen in smart TVs as in the majority of the smart TVs no such brand provides that comparative high processors, so Nvidia might be working on this too. So if Nvidia works with smart TV's, then future smart tv performance could really boost up providing better experience into the entire market. As in today's time, the majority of android TVs could run games easily but not as good as our smartphone's performing level.
