So do you know what FASTag is? FASTag is a sticker that can be stick to any vehicle's windscreen, and whenever your car passes through any toll plaza then automatically the toll tax gets deducted from the FASTag balance so that you shouldn't have to stop at the toll plaza and pay the toll tax. The Indian Government has made FASTags mandatory from 15th February 2021, and if any vehicles go through the toll plaza without FASTag on them then they have to pay a penalty. Here we'll be giving you some specials ways to save you from paying the penalty, and how you can apply online for the FASTag, and easily receive it without any hustle.
You can apply for FASTag in the following ways:
ICICI Bank Portal
If you're not a customer of ICICI bank then also you can apply for the FASTag, you just have to follow the step, first, you have to go to the FASTag portal of ICICI Bank and then you have to click on the New Customer then you have to go to the Apply Now option and then FASTags application will open up, there you have to fill up the required details and as soon as the payment gets cleared then shortly the FASTag will be delivered to your home by courier.
Google Pay
In Google Pay App, first, you have to go to the business section of Google Pay App and then you'll see an option of ICICI Bank FASTag app, you have to click on that option and after that, you have to choose the Buy New FASTag and then you have to fill up some required details and then as soon as the fees get paid, then shortly FASTag will be delivered to your home by courier.
iMobile Pay
This is the official ICICI Bank's App through which you can download from Google Play Store or Apple Store, and then at first you have to Login in the App, then you have to go to the Shop section and click on the FASTag option and then you have to give the required details, and then and after payment of the fees, your FASTag will be sent to you home.
ICICI Net Banking
If you use the ICICI Net Banking then you have to go to the Payment and Transfer option and then a dialogue box will appear where you have to click on the Buy / Recharge FASTag, and then you have to fill up the required details and after completion of the payment, the FASTag will shortly be delivered.
WhatsApp Banking
In WhatsApp, there is a special number of ICICI bank which is 8640086400, you just have to save this number and send a text written 'Hi' on that number and then they will reply you back with several options, there you have to choose the option number 3 which is ICICI Bank FASTag Service, after that, again you have to select the 3rd option, which will be Apply for a New Tag, after that you'll get a link which will redirect you to the ICICI Bank's FASTag Application page, which will ask you for some details and after filling that up and paying the fees your FASTag will be allocated.
The ways that were mentioned above come with multiple payment options like UPI, NEFT, etc. Another good thing about these is if you're not an ICICI bank customer then also you can apply for the FASTag through the methods above, Hope the mentioned ways will help you out.
