Skoda Kushaq or Hyundai Creta | Which is perfect for you?

So if you're having confusion that you should wait for Skoda Kushaq or you should go and buy the Hyundai Creta, then you're in the right place to clear your confusion. Technically Skoda Kushaq competes with Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos. Hyundai Creta costs you around Rs 11-21 Lakhs on-road depending upon which city you're living in, and Skoda Kushaq might come within the price range of Approx Rs 13-22 Lakhs, for two main reasons, First, Skoda is a more Premium Brand, so the cost rises up a little bit and the materials which are used in Skoda Kushaq are a little bit better in terms of built quality than Hyundai Creta, so a price difference will arise there. There won't be much difference in the price because Skoda is trying to manufacture a high-selling product like Creta, Kushaq could be one of them. This product is made locally because of which its cost will decrease.

The length of Kushaq is smaller than Creta by 100mm but the wheelbase of Kushaq is longer than Creta because of which the space inside the car enhances, in terms of ground clearance both cars are almost the same, both cars come with 17-inch wheels, however as we mentioned earlier the length of Creta is longer and wheelbase of Kushaq is bigger, so there's more space inside Kushaq but Kushaq's boot space is lesser than the boot space of Creta.

In Creta, 3 Engine options are available which are 2 Petrol and 1 Diesel Engine whereas in Kushaq you'll be getting only 2 petrol engines, there's no diesel engine. You can expect better handling in Kushaq than the Creta.

Pros of Kushaq

1. Build Quality

2. Performance

3. Premium Brand Image

Pros of Creta

1. Premium Brand Image

2. Resale

3. Panoramic Sunroof

4.  Paddle Shifters

5. Electronic Parking Brake

6. Diesel Engine

One thing is there which is not going in the favour of Creta, which is the waiting period, as it is the higher selling SUV in the Indian car market, that's it has the higher waiting period. In Kushaq you're getting 3 variants only, and in Creta, you'll be getting multiple variants as well as engines options too.

So Kushaq becomes a good choice for you if you'll be going to drive the car by yourself and you want a car with the solid build quality, and it also comes with ESP as a standard feature in it, so it becomes a great package.
