Mistakes in Battleground Mobile India (PUBG Mobile India)

PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG) is an online multiplayer battle royale game published & developed by 'Tencent Games'. The game had defined the battle royale genre in 2017 and won the Best Multiplayer Game of the Year at the 2017 Game Awards. PUBG is actually based on the concept of 'survival of the best, amongst the rest'. Players need to collect weapons, attachments, throwables, healing items, vehicles, etc to defend themselves from opponents. However, things get interesting over time.PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG) was initially rolled out for Windows PCs. It was eventually expanded for Xbox, Android, and iOS mobile devices. While the Mobile version was released in July 2019, Tencent has its own dedicated emulator for running the game but players can also try other alternatives which include Bluestacks and GameLoop for playing it on PCs.

However PUBG Mobile India; has been banned along with many other Chinese applications by the Indian Government, ever since September 2, 2020, under Section 69A of the Information Technology Act of 2000 because of the presence of the Chinese entity of Tencent. When the ban was put in place, Tencent was removed as one of the entities and PUBG Mobile worked hard to ensure that there was no Chinese connection to the App. And finally, in 2021 it is all set to come back as "Battleground Mobile India" in India; but this time it wouldn't be operated by Tencent, instead this time it would be operated by 'KRAFTON' which is revised ensuring that the game would follow the Indian government guidelines.

However the pre-registration for the game has been already started in the Google Play Store and the launch for iOS has been teased by Krafton, but still In the official package, it is still named PUBG instead of Battlegrounds Mobile India. Many people have been questioning that as the game is revised according to the Indian govt. Guidelines, the game is supposed to be named Battleground Mobile India only, but still, it is found that either in the URL or in the package file folder the title is yet named as PUBG rather than battleground mobile India; but still no response has been sent from the official team of Krafton.
