All New 2022 Hyundai Creta Facelift Unveiled in Indonesia

The official unveiling of the model year 2022 (MY22) Hyundai Creta took place in Indonesia yesterday. The facelifted Creta gets an all-new 'face' this time around, influenced by the next generation Tucson, as seen in leaked photos that appeared just a few days ago.

The DRLs are integrated into the 'parametric jewel' grille, which looks great. The stacked LED headlights and the new lower air intake are integrated into the new front bumper.

The 'lightning arch' C-pillar garnish has been removed from the car's sides, while the tailgate and LED stop lamps have been redesigned at the back. The SUV is now 15 mm longer than the pre-facelift model, at 4315 mm.

The car comes with new skid plates and side skirts, as seen in images released after the 2022 Hyundai Creta is unveiled. A red color pack with red accents on the body kit is available as an option.

The Creta is available in Indonesia with a single 1.5-liter petrol engine that produces 115 horsepower at 6300 RPM and 144 Nm of torque at 4500 RPM. The motor can be paired with either a 6-speed manual gearbox or an IVT.
