The series production of the Mahindra Scorpio N will begin in June, and sales adviser training will start this week. So there's a good probability Mahindra's showroom executives would know all the specifics about the new SUV within days.
In addition, a new video of Scorpio N's infotainment system has appeared on Instagram. We can confirm that it's the identical 8-inch Sony unit found in the base XUV 700s based on appearances.
As a result, it's almost certain that the Scorpio N will have an 8-inch screen, at least in its lowest models. Although the display supports Android Auto, it does not support Apple CarPlay. Most likely, the system will be paired with four basic speakers.
Leaving aside the base variants, Mahindra has packed the upcoming Scorpio N with many new features never seen before on the popular SUV.
For starters, according to recent reports, Mahindra is focusing more on the 4-wheel drive system. For the first time, some Scorpio petrol engine variants will be equipped with Thar's 4-wheel drive technology.
For the first time, the automobile will include dual-zone automatic climate control. Using the front and back AC vents, the system helps adjust the temperature between the front and rear sections of the interior.
The D-segment SUV will also have a sunroof. It will be able to create a bright and cool environment for a refreshing drive thanks to the luxury feature. Sunroofs are also one of the most desired features among kids. It will, however, be a standard single-pane unit rather than a full-fledged panoramic unit.
Aside from the infotainment system, the upcoming Scorpio will get a new semi-digital instrument cluster with a color display, which might be the same 7-inch unit found on the XUV 700 and displays a range of data.
A 360-degree camera system is also planned to be included in the car, allowing for a variety of driver assistance technologies. It will assist in parking in congested areas.
In addition to these new features, the Scorpio N will maintain the Scorpio brand's established core characteristics, such as its massive size, soft suspension, enormous comfy seats (captain seats), and reliable engines.
